SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are sent through Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need your items faster than this please contact us first before placing your order.

We will not begin processing orders until payment is received. Allow 5 working days before orders are shipped as many items are made and packed to order.

Postage is automatically calculated when you checkout and is based on weight and/or number of items ordered (unless otherwise indicated).

Return & Exchange Policy

 I've changed my mind!

We're sorry to hear that, but you are well within your right to cancel your order from the moment you order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your order. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. {Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.}

Where you have cancelled your order and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


 

My order is damaged/isn't as described!

We're sorry we haven't met the high expectations we set, under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.

How do I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods back.

A deduction can be made, if applicable, if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.


 

Do I get my delivery refunded?

We will refund the basic delivery costs of getting the order to you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
